It has been 15 years since the foundation of the Company on April 18, 2007. The Company covers a land area of 220mu, and possesses 240 employees, including 8 technicians; possesses three branch factories, four high-temperature energy-saving tunnel kilns, including one tunnel kiln for producing 15,000 ton/year of light bricks and 130,000 ton/year of heavy bricks, one 2,000m2 steel structure workshop specializing in prefabrication of calcinator face blocks for calcinators, 24 sets of press machines (12 sets of 315 ton press machines, 8 sets of 400 ton press machines, 4 sets of 600 ton press machines), and 4 fully-automatic micro auxiliary buildings. In production of heavy bricks, raw and burned fine power is strictly classified, the raw and burned aggregates and binding agents are reasonably mixed and conveyed into the bin of each press machine in the fully automatic way. In production of light bricks, raw and burned fine power is strictly classified too. The floating beads, crushed crude pearlite and binding agents are mixed reasonably in a fully automatic way.
